However, the rules have changed a little bit! RPMC, Inc. has adapted traditional cold calling and human-to-human marketing methods to combat the negative “salesman stigma,” while also keeping the client happy.

THE POSITION:
The sales consultant position is designed and focused specifically on bringing in new accounts for our cold call, appointment setting, and inside sales department to help other businesses grow their lead generation and sales funnel. It is an absolutely incredible time to be apart of our team. From 2016 to 2017, the sales from our cold call department grew over 500%. We are looking to continue the growth by assembling a sales team to help build RPMC, Inc. into an indelible force in the Philadelphia Region and across the nation. For the talented and skilled salesperson, building a book of business should come quickly. Not only will virtually every business be a prospect, but the amount of competition currently in the B2B inside sales and cold call appointment setting industry is almost non-existent in the region. In the same vein, many companies are in dire need of leads, and with so many digital marketing companies focused on web design, SEO, and social media have flooded the lead generation marketplace, leaving a gap for companies like RPMC, Inc. to round out lead generation marketing strategies for B2B companies. Your job as a sales consultant for RPMC, Inc. would be to engage the market on this idea, helping them understand the gap in the marketplace we fill.

Specific tasks for this position include:
● Education, familiarity, and expertise on the RPMC, Inc. cold call, inside sales, and appointment setting department process
● Cold calling and inside sales campaigns on a regular basis to build a network and database of leads and contacts
● Using social selling tools such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and Alignable to connect with prospects to round out the touchpoint process
● Daily CRM management and activity
● Email communication and outbound marketing to targeted contacts, leads, and clients
● On the phone and in-person sales presentations with decision makers including manager, “C” suite executives, and owners/operators
● Proposal writing and delivery
● Invoicing and reporting
● Regular performance, metric, and analytic tracking to continually identify and improve performance

Full-time
Commissions + Bonuses
$30K-$75K/year

Moderate to advanced level of Microsoft Office skills expected
Will need a car for transportation

THE POSITION:

Your job would be to spark excitement, via cold calling and inside sales, about our client’s product or service, and then encouraging them to move to the next step with our client, whether it be setting up an appointment or follow-up call.

Part-time or Full Time Available

$ hourly + bonuses & commission

Very flexible, 6-24 hours a week or Full-time
